Hello! I'm the game programmer for We Shall Wake. I hope everyone's enjoying the demo. One thing that I've thought about since implementing the various customization systems was how the players would equip their characters. In this thread, I'd like to see how you guys are faring and what kind of setups you have. Here's my setup, but I havent had time to just straight play the game very much: You can take a screenshot like this with the clipping tool on Windows. Optimally I'd like a setup with a proper booster, but right now I only have enhancers and autocasters.

So far, I love the fast paced combat and the vast amount of combos you can dish out! Depending on the situation, If I need crowd control I'd use the stand chip and Old religious text. If its a boss type of enemy I replace them with the autocasters(only guns I have so far). Combo wise, I would first target the enemy, Q to deal a tiny bit of damage, Run to the target right after the Q and punch so I can start it up and then smack away with punches. Since Stand Chip does crowd control damage by hitting the ones around me away, I dont have to really worry about my combo being interrupted on the ground. After, I'd usually use the leg aerials right after the finishing up slash because I gain so much air with it, that it allows me to slice the target in air by smashing Q while they're falling high from the sky. Either that or if I can just hit them up with Momentum slide, Ill hit near the end of the aerial combo, grapple them, then use the Izuna Aerial Grapple to finish them off while damaging the enemies under.
